Add-On Rates

Add-on rates are important additional fees that can be added to airport services provided by your company. These fees may be required in certain situations or areas when offering transportation services to your clients. Examples include fees for airports, parking, and security gates. The add-on rates are automatically applied when customers request a booking through the front-end form or when dispatchers make a booking on their behalf on the selective service type. This saves time for your employees and reduces the chances of mistakes in rate calculations. It also ensures that customers are aware of these extra charges when making a booking, giving them the option to proceed or choose an alternative.

1. To create an add-on rate, go to Manage Rates/Services menu, click on Add-On Rates.
2. Click +Add Rate red button on top right of the page, after create and saving you will be able to see the list of all created add-on rates on this page.

1. Click Add-On Rates in menu.
2. Type the name of the rate you would like your users see in front booking form so your admins in their portal.
3. Enter the required amount in numbers.
4. Select the vehicle type if you have already created in Vehicle Category menu.
5. Select the single or multiple service types if you have created in Manage Services menu.
6. Select single or multiple airports if you have already created in Airport Master menu.
7. Save the setting by clicking save green button.
