Additional Charges

An indispensable tool created to complement your base rate is the “Additional Charges” functionality. This feature provides you with the capability to add a predetermined amount to the base rate, thereby allowing you to collect additional fees from your valued clientele. These supplementary charges can include Toll Charges, Waiting Charges, Fuel Surcharges, and other relevant expenses, which can be customized to suit your specific preferences.

  1. Go to Manage Rates/Services menu, click on Additional Charges.
  2. Click on Add red button on top right corner.
  3. After filling all the required details and save you will be able created additional charges list on this page.
  1. All the created additional charges will be visible in the booking page, you can enter amount to any of the additional charges and click apply rates and save to add the amount in total fare amount.
  1. Select Additional Charges on the left menu.
  2. Name it as per your business need.
  3. For each trip, a preset amount can be automatically added to the base fare, with the description and total reflected in the booking confirmation and receipts. To add this amount later as a “conditional” fee, simply leave the amount section blank.
  4. Click on Save green button.
