Additional Services
Certain public transportation companies may provide additional services alongside transportation, which can be included in the overall fare price. These services may include options such as Meet & Greet or Wheelchair Accessibility, among others.
To streamline the booking process, these service options will be readily available in both the front-end booking form and the backend dispatcher booking page. When customers choose to avail themselves of these services, the predetermined amount specified in the settings will be added to the total fare amount.
- To setup additional services, go to manage Rates/Services menu, click on Additional Services.
- Click on +Add red button on top right of the page and fill all the details and save.
- All created additional services will be available in this page.
- Go to Additional Services menu.
- Select vehicle type, if you have already created vehicle types in manage Vehicle Category menu should show in this dropdown menu.
- You have two type of selection to choose from,
(i) Radio Button: Customers can opt for or decline additional services provided, such as Meet & Greet or Wi-Fi. Upon selection, the corresponding predetermined amount will be automatically incorporated into the base fare.
(ii) Dropdown: This feature is particularly useful for offerings like child car seats. Customers may select the required quantity, and the corresponding charge will be automatically added to the base fare. - Type the title of the service your customers will see in front end booking form as well as you and your admins in your company.
- Enter the amount which will be included in the total fare charges automatically.
- Click Save green button to save the service you have just created.
- After creating additional services, you will be able to see the list of additional services in your booking page as shown in above image. These created services are also visible to front end booking form for your customer to select while requesting a booking request.
