Booking Cancellation

This article provides a comprehensive guide on the process of canceling a booking. There are two primary methods available for canceling a booking:

  1. Customer-initiated cancellation: Customers can cancel their bookings by accessing their personal portal after logging in. Within the portal, they will find an option to submit a cancellation request for their trip. Upon submitting the request, both you will receive an email notification informing you of the customer’s cancellation request.
  2. Staff-initiated cancellation: Alternatively, you or your staff members can also cancel a specific booking on behalf of the customer. Upon canceling the booking, an email notification will be sent to the customer, notifying them of the cancellation.

By following these straightforward procedures, both customers and staff can effectively cancel bookings as required.

  1. To cancel a booking, click on booking status and select cancelled and click save, you will see the Send Cancellation Email button on the right side to send an cancellation email to your customer.
