Commission

You have the option to determine a commission percentage to be subtracted from the total amount owed to your Drivers, subcontractors, Local affiliates, and Global Affiliates. The process of setting up a commission is explained below.

When assigning a trip to any of the mentioned partners, you will be presented with two options to choose from, commission – YES or NO.

1. If the payment method for the booking is Credit Card or Invoice, and you select commission – YES, the commission percentage will be deducted from the total amount. The remaining balance will then be added to the amount owed to your partner.
2. If the payment method for the booking is Cash, Credit Card Collect, Cheque, or Direct Deposit, and you select commission – YES, the commission percentage will be deducted from the amount owed to your partner.

If you choose commission – NO, the total visible fare amount will be added to the amount owed to your partner (Payroll).

1. Assign a trip to Driver, Affiliate etc.
2. If you would like to take commission from party you assign a trip select YES. If select NO then full amount will be debited to the party’s payroll.
3. Select payment method, we have already explained about this section above.
4. Predefined commission percentage will be auto populated, you can always edit manually for a single trip conditionally.
5. The actual commission amount total will be populated in this section.
6. Total fare amount will show in this section.
7. Total amount after commission adjustment will show here.
8. Clicking assign will save the commission calculations as well as the partner, driver who you selected and assigned to, but your driver, affiliate etc. will not get any booking accepting request till you click to dispatch button beside Assign button.
