By implementing our Driver License Management System, you can now easily add drivers to your database, including their name, email, phone number, driver’s license information, and expiration dates. This system also offers notification reminders for license expiry, ensuring that your drivers and employees submit their renewed license information promptly.
When assigning a trip to one of your drivers, our system provides an added layer of security. Your dispatcher will receive an alert if the assigned driver’s license is either approaching its expiration date or has already expired. This proactive feature enables you to take appropriate action, guaranteeing that only drivers with valid licenses are entrusted with passenger transportation.

- Add a driver by clicking “Manage Drivers” in Team menu.
- Click on the red button on the top right corner, after adding drivers you will be able to see the list of all added drivers on manage drivers page.
- As mentioned in the above image go to manage drivers menu and fill all the required details about your new driver,
- A very important feature to keep track of all driver’s license expiry up to date, our system will remind you if their license if about to or is expired.
- Save the details by clicking green button on bottom right corner to create a new driver.
