Manage Vehicles

Present your extensive fleet selection to your esteemed clientele through a user-friendly interface, enabling them to make informed choices effortlessly. Utilize the efficiency in the “Manage Vehicle Category” menu to establish distinct categories, facilitating a streamlined browsing experience and ensuring a seamless vehicle selection process.

  1. To add a vehicle in your fleet, go to vehicles menu and click on manage vehicles,
  2. You can add a new vehicle by clicking the red button on top right of the page.
  3. After filling all required details save and you will be able to see the list of vehicles in your fleet on this page.
  4. To show or hide any vehicle in your booking system, you can simply click the green button active or inactive.
  5. Edit any vehicle by clicking the pen icon.
  6. To delete a vehicle from your list of fleet, simply click the cross icon as shown in the image above.
  7. You have two options to choose from to add a vehicle in your company’s fleet.
    (i) Owner: This means the vehicles you own in your company can be titled Owned.
    (ii) Driver: This means the vehicles you do not own but other owner operators who work with you as a sub contractor own it. this is helpful feature for you and your staff to differentiate at the time of assigning a vehicle to a driver for a booking.
  1. Go to Manage Vehicles menu.
  2. Select vehicle type which you should have already created in “Manage Vehicles Categories” menu.
  3. Enter name of the model.
  4. Enter vehicle’s plate number.
  5. Enter vehicle’s safety expiry date, which will remind you close to date and after expiry whenever you select and want to assign to a trip.
  6. If any of your vehicle is under maintenance or fixed, you can change the status here.
  7. Enter vehicle’s model name.
  8. To hide or show a vehicle in your fleet list, when assigning to a trip, this option is helpful if a vehicle is available or not to be assigned.
  9. Select fuel type.
  10. Select ownership type, as discussed in the point number (7) of the first image above.
  11. If any of your vehicle’s insurance is going to expire soon, you will be reminded two weeks before expiry or even when expired when assigning to a trip, this feature is pretty handy to avoid any of your vehicles to be on the road without insurance.
  12. This alert will remind you if your vehicle’s license plate is about or is expired upon selecting it to assign to a trip.
