Rates Settings

Within the rates setup menu, you have the ability to establish three distinct types of rate settings:

1. Distance-Based Rates: These rates are determined by the distance traveled. They take into account the length of the journey and calculate the corresponding charges accordingly.
2. Hourly Rates: These rates are based on the duration of the service provided. The charges are determined by the number of hours spent on the task or service.
3. Zone-to-Zone Rates: These rates are structured around specific zones or areas. The charges vary depending on the origin and destination zones, ensuring accurate pricing for different routes within the designated zones.

By utilizing these rate settings, you can effectively manage and configure your pricing structure to suit the needs of your business.

Distance-Based Rates Settings.

1. To setup distance-Based rates, go to Manage Rates/Services menu and click on Rates.
2. Select Distance Based Rates tab on the top of the page.
3. Click the Set Distance Base button in red colour for the vehicle type which you want to setup rates for.
4. After entering all required details, save and then you will be able to view the saved rates list by clicking the green view button for corresponding vehicle type.
5. Restore Distance Rates red button is useful incase you delete a rate by mistake and would like to restore, simply click on this button and you will be able to see all the deleted rates, check mark the deleted rates and click restore button which will refill the deleted rate data back to its own place again.

1. Select booking type distance based for which you want to setup rates.
2. Enter the from distance in numbers.
3. Enter the To distance in numbers.
4. Enter the rate you would like in numbers.
5. Enter the cost per Kms/Miles.
6. To save each rate you have to click Add Distance Estimate button in green.

Hourly Rates Settings.

1. To setup hourly rates, go to Manage Rates/Services menu and click on Rates.
2. Select Hourly Rates tab on the top of the page.
3. Click the Set Distance Base button in red colour for the vehicle type which you want to setup rates for.
4. After entering all required details, save and then you will be able to view the saved rates list by clicking the green view button for corresponding vehicle type.

1. Select booking type Hourly for which you want to setup rates.
2. Enter From Hour in numbers.
3. Enter To Hour in numbers.
4. Enter the rate amount per hour.
5. Save the settings by clicking green button Add Hour Estimate.

Zone Rates Settings.

1. To setup zone rates you have to create zone first, Go to Manage Rates/Services menu, click on zones.
2. Click on Add Service Area red button on left side of the page and enter zip/postal codes which you would like to add in one zone.
3. Give your zone a name by clicking Add Zone red button on top right corner of the page.
4. After adding service area you will be able to see the list of all added areas on this page.
5. After creating zone names you will be able to see the list of all added zone names on this page.

1. After creating zone areas and zone names go to Manage Rates/Services menu, click on rates, select Zone To Zone tab on top of the page.
2. Click Set Zone Rate red button.
3. After adding all the zone details click on view green button, you will be able to see all the saved zone rates.

1. Click on Select Booking Type and select the zone which you have created as we have shown you in the tutorial above.
2. Select From Zone.
3. Select To Zone.
4. Enter the rate you would like to be shown in base rate in front-end booking form.
5. Click on Add Zone green button to save the rate. you can repeat the same steps to setup rates for all zones.
