Return Booking Creation

This article provides instructions on how to create a return booking, outlining two methods available for this purpose:

  1. Customer-initiated return booking creation: When customers make an initial booking, they have the option to include a return booking as well. Once they submit both the initial and return booking requests, you will receive two separate booking requests. To ensure accuracy, it is recommended to review each request individually before confirming both bookings.
  2. Admin-initiated return booking creation: Alternatively, you or your staff members can create a return booking after the initial booking has been made. In this case, you would send two separate email confirmations for the initial and return bookings to your customers.
