Services

You possess complete authority over the service types that your company can provide. This includes the ability to customize the service names for example To Airport, From Airport, Hourly, Point To Point, Wine Tour, etc. and decide whether to display them in the front-end booking form. This feature proves advantageous when you wish to limit customer visibility to specific services, allowing only you or your dispatchers to view the occasional services you offer.

1. Go to Manage Rates/Services menu.
2. Select Services.
3. Click +Add red button on top right corner of the page.
4. After creating service types you will be able to see the list of created services on this page.
5. If for some reason you do not offer any specific service type or temporarily hide it from your customers, simply click on Active green button and it will turn to inactive.

1. Select service type.
2. type a sequence number which will show in drop list of front end booking form to your customers.
3. Name the service you offer, for example if you select service type To Airport, then name your service type To Airport.
4. In some cases transportation companies offer a service which is very rare and not much interested to promote, you can select in this dropdown menu “NO” then this service type will remain in your booking system and only your admins can see and select to create a trip, otherwise select yes to let your customers see this service type in front end booking form.
5. You have two options to choose from for rate calculation type,
   (i) Distance Based Rates.
   (ii) Zone To Zone Rates.
6. Description is optional for your own company’s internal purposes only.
7. Click Save green button.
