Your credit card information is required to confirm your reservation, you will NOT be charged until service is provided. - All rates and confirmations are subject to audit after order completion; including actual tolls, parking fees, additional stops & time allotted, etc. - Hourly jobs are billed by the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for; then in 1/2 hr increments thereafter. The minimum posted number of hours; is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for not, what you will be billed for. Direct Transfer point-to-point, Airport returns) orders have a 10-minute grace period at pick-up (except airport arrivals); if you exceed the grace period you will be charged in 30-minute increments equal to the stated vehicle hourly rate. Pricing is subject to change without notice. - Fly Limousine Services cannot be held responsible for delays due to inclement weather conditions, or mechanical issues that may arise, due to weather. - Airport Arrivals & Departure Transfers: Fly Limousine Services requires that cancellations be received no less than 2 hours prior to pickup time and 7 days\' notice for all stretch and large limousines or else a full fare amount will be charged from the client\'s credit card. If you see there is no car at the airport for you, or security at pre arranged booth cannot find him, you MUST call the office to inquire about your car before leaving in a different mode of transportation - If you do not call the office and leave in a different vehicle, you will be charged the full amount for the trip. - Round-trip orders must be canceled as 2 separate orders. - Fly Limousine Services requires that all changes be received by phone or email (changes cannot be made with drivers) at least 2 hours prior to pickup for all orders and are subject to availability. If a change cannot be accommodated & results in a cancellation you will be charged in full for the order.
